1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and asif 88.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on asif 88, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be acting in your personal capacity as a private individual, not on behalf of any commercial organisation.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or contractor of asif 88, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from asif 88 or any associated platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each individual is permitted to hold one registered asif 88 account only. Creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited regardless of the reason or method used. Where duplicate accounts are identified, asif 88 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. asif 88 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• You must notify asif 88 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
• You must not share your username or password with any third party.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring your contact details (mobile number, email address) remain up to date in your account settings.
• asif 88 recommends enabling two-factor authentication for enhanced account security.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the asif 88 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupee (PKR). asif 88 supports deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and major Pakistani commercial banks including HBL and UBL, as well as USDT for cryptocurrency deposits.

The minimum deposit amount is 200 PKR. Minimum withdrawal amounts and applicable processing times are displayed at the point of withdrawal request and may vary by payment method. asif 88 aims to process verified withdrawal requests on the same business day.

• Deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your asif 88 wallet instantly upon confirmation.
• You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed through the asif 88 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, game, or event type, as published in the relevant product section of the platform. These product-specific rules are incorporated into and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

Once a bet has been confirmed by the asif 88 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. asif 88 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• Where the bet was placed based on clearly erroneous odds resulting from a system or human error.
• Where the event to which the bet relates is cancelled, postponed beyond the permitted settlement period, or declared void by the governing body.

Casino game outcomes — including slots, live tables, and Sic Bo — are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the live game. asif 88 does not manipulate game outcomes.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

asif 88 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and sports betting boosts. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms & Conditions.

• Bonus funds are distinct from real-money balance. They are credited separately and wagering requirements must be met before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• Unless otherwise stated, welcome bonuses apply to a player's first PKR deposit only and cannot be claimed in combination with other deposit bonuses.

7 Prohibited Activities

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the asif 88 platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, scrape, or commercially exploit any content from the asif 88 platform without the prior written consent of asif 88.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

You may close your asif 88 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account after satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements will be returned to your nominated payment method within a reasonable processing period.

asif 88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, and to withhold or confiscate any balance therein, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Failure to satisfy identity or age verification requirements.
• Reasonable suspicion of multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or collusion.

13 Changes to These Terms

asif 88 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time.
